- 2 masvikiro mashizha matsva e dill weed
- 8 clove garlic yakakurwa zvakanaka kwazvo
- 2 Yakasvibiswa Kashmiri tsvuku nyeredzi / gorosi mutsvuku inopisa kureba (izvi zvinogadzira ndiro inopisa)
- 1 tsp mbeu yemasitadhi
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsps yemiti / canola / sunflower mafuta okubika kana
- ghee
- Salt to taste
Nzira Yokuita Izvo
- Shandisa mafuta / canola / sunflower yekubika mafuta kana kuti ghee mugomba rakadzika pamusana unopisa. Apo mafuta / ghee ari kupisa, wedzera gorosi yakakoswa uye sunga, achikurudzira kazhinji, kusvikira yatanga kuchinja goridhe yakajeka.
- Wedzera kashimiri akaomeswa kashimiri tsvuku nyeredzi / gorosi mutsvuku uye fry kusvikira yerima. Zvino kuwedzera mbeu yemasitadhi uye kubika kusvikira inopera.
- Zvino kuwedzera iyo poda ye-turmeric uye fambisa zvakanaka. Zvino wedzerai maruva emasidhari uye mbatata yakakodzwa. Isa uye uvhare pani. Deredzai murazvo uye gadzira kusvikira mbatata iri nyoro.
- Wedzera munyu kuti urove uye usanganise zvakanaka.
- Shumira nzira yakarurama neChipati inopisa (Indian flatbread) uye iwe unoda Daal (lentils).
