- For the Marinade:
- 2/3 mukombe / 150g yoghurt yakazara
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tsvuku pirasi yeupfu
- 1 tablespoon pasi coriander
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
