- 1 ounce / 25 gramu yakaomeswa porcini mushroom (anenge 1/2 mukombe, akazara)
- 1/4 mukombe uye 2 tablespoons batare (unalted, kana 3 tablespoons

- 1 cup / 50 gramu
- Parmigiano-Reggiano (itsva yakagadzirwa)
- Zvichida: 1/2 mukombe / 120 ml. heavy cream
- 1 bunch parsley (gorofa-gorosi, mashizha mashizha)
- Gungwa rakanaka kwazvo munyu kuravira

- Nyaya yakaoma porcini mushwa mu 1 kapu yemvura inopisa kwemaminitsi gumi nemashanu.
- Panguva iyi, shandisai onion mu 2 tablespoons yearoro (kana mafuraji matatu emafuta emuorivhi) pamusoro pepakati-pasi moto. Apo onion isingasviki zvakasvibiswa, tumira iyo hovha uchishandisa chipuni chinoparadzaniswa uye fambisa rayisi muhotela (kana mafuta) muhari. Sungai risi kwemaminitsi anoverengeka, kusvikira yava kutenderera, vachikurudzira nguva dzose nehuni yehuni kuti vasanamatira kana kupisa.
- Dzorerai anyanisi muhari, fambisai muwaini, uye rambai muchikurudzira kusvikira doro rinopisa rakaputika, 1-2 maminitsi.
