- For the Koftas:

- 3 makapu yemiti (kana canola kana sunflower) mafuta okubika kuti awane frying (kana kupfuura kana zvichidiwa)
- For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp. mishonga (kana canola kana mafuta ekubikira kwezuva)
- 2 eiii mikuru (yakapetwa)
- 2 tomato (quartered)
- 2 tbsp. garlic paste
- 1 tbsp. ginger paste
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tbsp. cumin poda
- 1/2 tsp. tsvuku tsvuku
- 1 tsp. mbeu dzepoppy (zvishoma zvakakangwa uye dzakasikwa muupfu)
- 3 tbsp. nuts (makemhe nemaarimondi, akaiswa muzinga rakaoma)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp. garam masala
Nzira Yokuita Izvo
- Mash the potato, yakavhenganiswa nemiriwo, paneer uye cream pamwe chete. Wedzerai kofta zvinonhuwira kusvika patsi iyi uye fungai zvakanaka. Iyo yakabikwa inofanira kuva yakasimba. Kana usingawedzere mamwe mbatata yakabikwa. Nyaya nomunyu.
- Ita mukanwa uyu kuva mabhora uye uise 1/2 tsp yekiti uye kusanganiswa kwewaini pakati pebhora rimwe nerimwe. Dzorera mumapuranga akakwana.
- Shamba mafuta akachengeterwa kuti awane fodya koftas, pamusana unopisa. Pasi fry idzi dzakatenderera kusvikira ndarama yakajeka muvara.
- Shandisa pamapuroti emapurasitiki uye ramba uri parutivi.
- Nokuda kwemafuro, kutanga kupisa ma 3 tbsps emafuta mune padzi yakadzika uye fryi anyanisi kusvika bhenekera.
- Dyai musango pamwe chete namamatee, anonisi, ginger, garlic, coriander, kumini uye tsvuku dzehuni.
