- Vegetable / canola / sunflower mafuta okubika kuti uwane frying (yakakwana kuti yakadzika fryer yako)
- 6 Pakati pamabhangi (chikamu buns chinoratidzika sebhagger buns asi chiduku, saka unogona kushandura)
- 1 mukombe Tamarind Chutney
- 1 mukombe Mint-Coriander Chutney
- 1/2 mukombe Shengdaana Lehsun Chutney (peanut garlic chutney)
Nzira Yokuita Izvo
- Mune imwe huru yekusanganisa ndiro, shandisai Bengal gramu yefurawa / besan nemvura yakakwana uye munyu kuti unyeve, kuti uite bundu rakaoma, rakanyorova. Nguva dzose uwedzere mvura zvishoma pane imwe nguva kuitira kuti urege kuwana batter runny. Dzoka apo batter ihwo hunoenderana nekusimudza sopu. Kana wakagadzirira, cherechedza kuti iwe unoshandise gare gare.
- Sakanidza ginger uye garlic pastes uye wedzerai mavarai egorosi kwavari. Dyai muzinga rakanyatsogadzirwa mukati mekudya.
- Sakanidzai peta iyi nemapatata yakasvibiswa. Nyaya nomunyu.
- Pisai 2 tbsps emafuta mupani pane chimiro chemafirimu uye wedzerai mbeu yemasitadhi, mashizha e curry, uye turmeric powder. Fry kusvikira mbeu dzimire kupera.

- Pisai mafuta ekudzika zvakadzika pane chimiro chinopisa.
- Apo mafuta ari kupisa, dya imwe mbatata bhora pane imwe nguva mu gramu yefuraji batter kupfeka zvakanaka uye zvakadzika fry kusvikira ndarama. Shandisa pamapuropa mapepa.
